Refunds Policy
Our Approach to Refunds
At Meena’s Beauty Salon, we take pride in the quality of our work and the care we provide to every client. Because our services require time, skill, and preparation, we follow a clear and fair refund policy to ensure transparency for everyone.
Services
All salon services are non refundable once they have been completed.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Haircuts
- Hair colour and balayage
- Hair treatments
- Hairstyling
- Makeup services
- Facials and skincare treatments
- Waxing and threading
- Laser hair removal
Each service involves professional labour and time that cannot be reversed once delivered.
Service Concerns and Adjustments
If you are unhappy with a service, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.
We are happy to review the concern and, where appropriate, offer a reasonable adjustment or correction at our discretion. Adjustments are not guaranteed and are assessed case by case.
- Adjustments must be requested promptly
- No refunds are provided after services are completed
- Results can vary based on hair type, skin type, and prior treatments
Retail Products
Retail products may be eligible for exchange only if:
- The product is unopened
- The product is unused
- The product is returned within 7 days of purchase
Opened or used products cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Packages and Multiple Sessions
Packages and multi-session services are non refundable once any portion of the package has been used.
Unused sessions may be rescheduled within a reasonable time frame, subject to availability.
No Shows and Missed Appointments
Missed appointments or no shows are not eligible for refunds or credits. We kindly ask clients to notify us in advance if they are unable to attend their appointment.
